Iron Man vs The Iron Monger!

This one of the first great battles in the MCU.  It featured the massive hulkish Iron Monger suit vs Stark's lithe but well engineered Iron Man suit. 

It really showcased how Tony could use his engineering know how to find the weak spot and defeat the seemingly more powerful foe.
